6th grade students will also receive information regarding Immunization Requirements for 7th grade. They must have these immunizations before entering school next year. If you have any questions please contact our nurse, Mindy Douglass, at 326-3315.
During
the test, students can bring bottled water, non-greasy snacks such as
crackers, beef jerky, granola, or gold fish, but they will
not be allowed to have chips, candy or sugar items in the classroom
because we are still held to Foods of Minimal Nutritional Value laws
during testing times.
Cell phones, iPods, and other Electronic Equipment will not be allowed – NO EXCEPTIONS/NO EXCUSES.
As required by the Texas Education Agency, students are required to turn off and place electronic equipment at the front of the
classroom. For
students who fail to comply, devices will be collected, tests may not
be valid, and the student will receive disciplinary actions.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR TEXT YOUR STUDENT DURING TESTING.
We will not be on collaboration schedule Wednesday, April 25.
We will begin classes at 8:05 a.m.
Mark your calendars for Wonderland Night: Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 6:30
- 9:30. Tickets will be on sale for $12.00 each in the breezeway at
lunch and after school April 26, 27, 30 and May 1st. The tickets will be
good for a one time use at Wonderland until August 17th.
